Exactly 24 hours after delivery, all uploaded files, working revisions, and Turnitin verification reports are permanently and irreversibly purged from our infrastructure.

4. Zero Training Policy

We guarantee that neither your source manuscripts, human-paraphrased deliverables, nor generated similarity reports are ever utilized to train, fine-tune, or calibrate public or private artificial intelligence foundation models.

5. User Rights, Deletion & Strict No-Refund Framework

You retain the right to request complete deletion of your account profile and associated session logs at any time by contacting our support team at support@turnitinconnect.com.

STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY: Exercising your data erasure rights or closing your account does not grant any right to a financial refund, chargeback, or credit. All purchases—including subscriptions, one-time passes, daily quota boosters, and custom AI reduction orders—are strictly 100% non-refundable once payment is completed.
