Welcome to Turnitin Connect ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Turnitin Connect application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
By registering for and/or using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, downloading the application, or utilizing the AI capabilities, you agree to these Terms and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by us, each of which is incorporated by reference and each of which may be updated from time to time without notice to you.
Turnitin Connect offers tiered subscription plans (Pro, Pro+, Ultra, and Teams). By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to pay the fees associated with the selected tier. Billing is handled securely via our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
While we strive to provScanner unrestricted access to our AI models, the "Agent" and "Composer" capabilities are subject to fair use limits as defined by your subscription tier. Abusive querying, automated scraping of the AI endpoints, or attempting to bypass the usage token system will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, vScannero, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other provScannerrs of such material and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
We do not claim ownership of the text you write, edit, or generate using Turnitin Connect. Furthermore, if you enable Privacy Mode, we guarantee that your text will not be used to train any of our underlying foundation models.
In no event shall the Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incScannerntal, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
